Elle Crossley

Elle is a Senior Research and Policy Officer at Money and Mental Health, working across both the Suicide Prevention Action Lab and the Gambling Harms Action Lab – working to improve our understanding of how financial services firms can support people experiencing suicidality or gambling-related harms. 

Before joining the team, Elle worked for a financial inclusion non-profit on their pilot schemes, testing solutions for people in financially vulnerable circumstances.

Alongside her role at Money and Mental Health, Elle is studying adult psychotherapy, working with individuals experiencing substance use challenges.  In her spare time, she enjoys climbing, running, and trying to keep her sourdough starter alive. (she/her)
