Online event on ethnicity, money and mental health
THIS EVENT HAS NOW PASSED.
The event discussed our new research, which explores the intersection between ethnicity and the experiences of financial difficulty and mental health problems.
The research suggests that people with mental health problems from minoritised ethnic groups in Britain face systemic barriers to entering into, progressing and staying in work. It also highlights the challenges people from minoritised ethnic groups can face when accessing support with their mental and financial health. We will discuss what government, employers and support services can do to address them.
