Jo Hill

Jo is Vice Chair of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute. Alongside this she is a Non Executive Director of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, a member of the Phoenix Group Independent Governance Committee and works with a range of firms advising on regulatory issues.

Jo has had an extensive career in regulation, recently serving as Executive Director of Strategy and Risk for the Pensions Regulator and a Non Executive Commissioner of The Gambling Commission. Jo’s earlier career was with the FSA and FCA where she held a range of roles in strategy, supervision, authorisations and enforcement, as well as holding roles in the banking and insurance industries. In her final role with the FCA as Director of Market Intelligence, Data and Analysis Jo was accountable for the delivery of the FCA’s Consumer work, Behavioural Economics, Data, Analytics and RegTech agendas.
