Carol Pearson

Carol qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young LLP and worked in international development for CDC Group plc where she was the group financial controller. During that time, she was also a charity trustee and treasurer and won awards for her work in the charity sector. She is an experienced non-executive director in the NHS and is currently deputy chair of Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. She is also co-author of a patient support book. Carol works part time as a counsellor and psychotherapist.
