Our 2025 Impact Report reflects on a year of significant progress towards our aim of breaking the link between money and mental health problems.
Some of our key highlights from 2025 include:
- Securing major reforms to make council tax collection fairer and less aggressive.
- Gaining supercomplainant status, giving us new powers to challenge consumer harms and push for change.
- Winning government commitments to improve access to the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space scheme.
- Helping shape the government’s Financial Inclusion Strategy to improve access to financial services for people with mental health problems.
- Expanding our Mental Health Accessible programme, including working with our first ever water company.
- Working with financial services firms through our Gambling Harms Action Lab to improve support for people at risk of gambling harms.
- Launching new initiatives to put lived experience more firmly at the heart of our research, policymaking and events.
- Supporting progress towards more joined-up mental health and money advice services in local communities.
