Annual Impact Report 2022

In our Annual Impact Report, we celebrate our achievements in 2022 and look ahead to our work for the coming year. Some of our key highlights from 2022 include:
- Helping secure a 50% increase in funding for face-to-face debt advice thanks to our campaigning alongside frontline debt advisers
- Persuading the government to put in place proper consumer protections against online scams in it Online Safety Bill
- The Money and Pensions Service developing a training module for all healthcare professionals on supporting people with financial difficulties, in direct response to our work with them
- Publishing world-class research showing the real-time impact of the cost of living crisis, and continuing to work with high street banks through our pioneering Mental Health Accessible.
