Ofgem’s draft Consumer Vulnerability Strategy 2025 sets out the regulator’s priorities for the coming years to help protect gas and electricity consumers in vulnerable situations. In our response, we outline some of our concerns with the current strategy, and look at how these could be addressed to ensure that energy suppliers are meeting the needs of people with mental health problems.
