Read our response to the Gambling Commission’s Consultation and Call for Evidence on Remote Customer Interaction, which sets out proposals for stronger requirements on gambling operators. Our response supports the Commission’s proposals that operators should do more to identify customers at risk of harm and intervene to provide support. We also explore how well these proposed changes would work for people with mental health problems.
