The Daily Mail reports that we have awarded HSBC an 'advanced' mental health accessibility rating

The Independent reports on the news that we have awarded HSBC UK an Advanced rating through our Mental Health Accessible programme for essential services firms. This recognises stronger digital support and trials to reduce stress in debt collection, and is the second of three levels firms can achieve through the programme.
