The FT Adviser quoted our Interim Chief Executive, Conor D’Arcy, in their article highlighting the lack of confidence consumers hold for their financial service providers.
In the piece, Conor highlighted the hope that the incoming consumer duty will ‘trigger the seismic shift’ needed to ensure all consumers, especially those in particularly vulnerable situations, receive the right support from providers.
