Our chief executive, Helen Undy, was quoted by the BBC for their article concerning FCA findings that nearly 11 million are struggling to pay their bills.
In the piece, Helen stated that the FCA needed to do more by cracking down on aggressive debt collection practices and limiting the number of times lenders could contact people who had missed a payment. Find out more about our Stop the Debt Threats campaign here.
