Money and Mental Health respond to the Ministry of Justice’s consultation on the regulation of the debt enforcement sector

Money and Mental Health welcome the government’s proposal to regulate the debt enforcement sector, and urge the government to provide an independent statutory regulator with robust powers and a broad remit in order to raise standards and stamp out bad behaviour in the enforcement industry.
