Sian Williams

Sian Williams joined Money and Mental Health as a Trustee in October 2025.

Sian is CEO of Switchback, where she supports young men leaving prison to build stable lives. Sian has spent many years leading work to improve financial inclusion and strengthen debt advice services.

In her previous role at Toynbee Hall, she led strategy, research and policy on financial health and inclusion, working with government, regulators and banks. She is also Chair at the think tank Positive Money and Chair of the Financial Inclusion Commission.
