Ayaz Manji

Ayaz Manji joined Money and Mental Health as a trustee in October 2025.

Ayaz is an experienced policy, campaigns and public affairs professional, having previously worked for organisations including Stonewall, Mind, and the Women & Equalities Committee in the House of Commons. He has also worked to deliver advice in mental health settings, including establishing and leading a specialist welfare rights service for people with mental health problems operating across three London boroughs.

Ayaz is Policy Manager for Trussell where he leads work to tackle the disproportionately high levels of hunger and hardship faced by disabled people and people with long-term health conditions.
