Money and Mental Health submission to the Scottish Government’s statutory debt solutions and diligence: policy review response consultation

Money and Mental Health welcomes the Scottish Government’s decision to design proposals for the introduction of a mental health process as part of the statutory moratorium. When designing these proposals, we urge the Scottish Government to build on and learn from the Mental Health Breathing Space in England and Wales, with particular reference to how people access the scheme, and the length and level of protection it provides.
