High-cost credit – the Financial Conduct Authority’s call for input

We submitted a response to the FCA’s High-Cost Credit Call for Input. People with mental health problems are significantly more likely to be in arrears on high-cost credit products than those without, and we therefore believe the FCA should work to ensure that markets work for all consumers, including those experiencing mental health problems.
