Money and Mental Health’s submission to the Department for Work and Pensions consultation into Work Capability Assessment: activities and descriptors

Money and Mental Health opposes the DWP’s proposals to remove the ‘Coping with Social Engagement’ and ‘Getting Around’ activities, and the reduction of points awarded for their associated descriptors. We also oppose any amendments to, or the removal of, the LCWRA Substantial Risk regulations.
