At Money and Mental Health we believe that innovative analysis of data could be used to help support vulnerable consumers – including those experiencing mental health problems – if properly regulated. In this response to the Department for Culture, Media and Sports’ consultation on the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation, we draw on evidence from our ongoing research and policy work in this area to look at how the new centre can help to achieve this.
