Sille was Senior Fundraising Officer at the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute for over two years. A values-driven fundraising professional who puts relationships at the heart of everything, and with five years of experience fundraising for charities before joining Money and Mental Health, Sille career has involved generating income for causes including education, disability and mental health. She is passionate about alleviating social deprivation and challenging social norms. Originally from Estonia, she moved to the UK in 2010 and to London in 2018. She enjoys rollerblading, learning about the human mind and spending quality time with those closest to her. (she/her)
