Senior Fundraising Officer 

Sille is a Senior Fundraising Officer at the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute. She is a values-driven fundraising professional, putting relationships at the heart of everything. With five years of experience fundraising for charities before joining Money and Mental Health, Sille has had the opportunity to generate income for causes including education, disability and mental health. She is passionate about alleviating social deprivation and challenging social norms. Originally from Estonia, she moved to the UK in 2010 and to London in 2018, where she now feels at home. Outside of work, she enjoys rollerblading, learning about the human mind and spending quality time with those closest to her. (she/her)
