Vacancy: Research and Policy Manager

We’re hiring a Research and Policy Manager. We’re looking for someone who is great at working with others, has strong editing, problem-solving and project management skills, is thoughtful about the ways we get things done and who places an emphasis on helping team members to develop. A passion for improving lives is the biggest prerequisite.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Deputy Chief Executive to lead and support the Research and Policy team, and play a vital role in producing top-quality research and practical, transformative recommendations. They will ensure our outputs are delivered to a consistently high standard and are well-managed throughout.

The annual salary is £50,209 FTE – this role can be offered full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (30 hours minimum over 4 days a week). 

We welcome applicants from across the UK. The office is based in central London, however this post can also be offered on a remote-working basis, with twice monthly travel into the office.
