Our response to the Smart Data consultation

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy consultation on Smart Data looked at how personal data could be used to improve the services offered by consumer markets – such as banking, energy and telecoms – and make them easier to navigate. In our response, we look at how this approach could benefit people experiencing mental health problems – as long as it’s done in a secure and accessible way.
