Mair Gwynant


Mair is a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience of directly managing and leading organisations. She has worked in senior roles within the Welsh Government, the Welsh European Funding Office, the Wales Co-operative Centre and Deloitte Touche LLP developing a specific interest and expertise in relation to charities and social businesses.

In 2013, she established her own consultancy business providing practical support for the sector, advising on all aspects of financial management, governance, and organisational development. She is also a trustee of the Wales Council for Voluntary Action, Chair of Social Investment (Cymru) Ltd and a non-executive director of the Pen y Cymoedd Wind Farm Community Fund, making an active contribution to the ongoing development of voluntary, community and social enterprises in Wales.
